The Question We Explore: Who are you becoming?
This foundational workshop explores how identity is shaped by labels, expectations, and external influences and how young women can begin defining themselves on their own terms.
Participants will walk away with:
Clarity on what shapes their identity
The ability to recognize and question labels and expectations placed on them
An understanding of how style and appearance influence perception
Awareness of how body language, voice, and presence shape how they show up
Practical tools to make more intentional decisions about how they present themselves and move through different spaces

How the Program is Offered
Available in person or virtually, with flexible formats to meet your students and organization where they are.

A standalone session introducing identity, confidence, and life direction through guided reflection and conversation.

3–6 sessions
A structured series that gives participants time to reflect, practice, and build confidence over time, with each session building on the last.

45–60 minutes
A keynote-style experience for conferences and larger audiences—inviting participants to reflect on who they are, how they’re shaped, and who they’re becoming.
